Take #7 to Flushing Main Street. Walk along MainStreet toward the railroad overpass. Walk past the overpass and turn left onto 41Avenue, walk another block and pass Union Street. The office is on the left-hand side in the middle of the block.

By LIRR
Take the PortWashington Line to Flushing Main Street Station. Walk toward the front of the train, down the stairs and turn right. Go across the street at the first light and you will see 41 Avenue. Walk along 41 Avenue and pass Union Street. The office is on the left hand side in the middle of the block.

By Car
Flushing #1Municipal Parking Field is located on Union Street between 37 Ave and 39 Avenue. From the parking lot make a right onto Union Street, pass Roosevelt Ave and the railroad overpass. Make a left onto 41 Ave. The clinic is on the left-hand side in the middle of the block.
